Remember to provide the following necessary information: that is, the type of goods to be delivered, the delivery address, the floor, if there is an elevator and if it is usable, as well as its size.
Our staff will make a tailor-made quote for you, based on the quantity and type of products purchased.
The service on the floor implies having to make an appointment with the customer after telephone contact, in which a time slot will be chosen in which the delivery can take place.
It is necessary to evaluate in time the feasibility for our couriers to be able to deliver the purchased goods by hand, calculating well the width of the stairs, the width of the landing, the size of the lift and all that is needed to ensure a correct and easy transport, avoiding damage to the product.
Delivery can be made by one or more people, based on the weight and size of the goods.
