To ensure the delivery of the products you have purchased goes as smoothly as possible, our couriers will contact you the day before the goods arrive.
You can schedule your shipment by choosing the option "Agreed with the courier" during the purchase in the cart, at a very small cost.

We offer this service so that you can arrange with them to choose the most suitable time slot according to your personal and work needs.

It is necessary that everything flows in a simple and practical way, and precisely for this reason, being able to organise what needs to be done from both sides (customer/couriers) is truly essential.

CeramicStore allows you to Schedule the shipment to meet your needs, because your satisfaction is our priority.

CeramicStore guarantees upon request also a delivery service to your floor, thanks to the couriers we rely on, who will carry the product by hand up to the specified floor. If you wish to use this service, after completing the online purchase, simply contact our Customer Service by email (info@ceramicstore.eu) and request this type of delivery. Remember to provide the following necessary information: the type of goods to be delivered, the delivery address, the floor, whether there is a lift and if it can be used, as well as its size. Our staff will prepare a custom estimate for you, based on the quantity and type of products purchased. The delivery to your floor requires making an appointment with the customer by phone, during which a time slot for the delivery will be chosen. It is necessary to assess in advance the feasibility for our couriers to carry the goods by hand, carefully considering the width of the stairs, the size of the landing, the size of the lift, and everything needed to ensure a proper and smooth transport, avoiding damage to the product. The delivery may be carried out by one or more people, depending on the weight and bulk of the goods. Trust CeramicStore and you will be supported throughout your entire purchase journey!
