Durable and custom packaging
We know how important it is to receive perfect items. For this reason, we use custom packaging: cardboard corners, protective films, bubble wrap, elements in polystyrene and double-wave boxes, selected based on the product type. Each package is prepared to withstand shocks, vibrations, and normal handling by couriers, with particular attention to ceramics and glass.
Reliable couriers and tracking
We collaborate with selected logistics partners, experts in delivering furniture and fragile items. Upon order dispatch, you will receive the tracking code to follow the shipment in real time until delivery.
In case of damage: what to do
Despite all precautions, damage can happen. To help you quickly, we ask you to:

Check the packages upon delivery. If you notice bumps or crushes, sign with "inspection reservation" specifying the defect on the courier's DDT.

Document with photos the external packaging, the label with tracking, the inside, and the damaged product.

Contact us within 24/48 hours of arrival, indicating the order number and attaching images (email/customer service).

Keep the packaging and product until the case is closed: they help us manage the replacement or refund more quickly.
Our customer care will handle the report and offer you the fastest solution: replacement, sending spare parts or refund depending on the case.
