Returns and refunds

Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

For the item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at resi@ceramicstore.eu. Returns should be shipped to the following address: CeramicStore SRL - Via Messigno n.149, 80045, Pompei.

Please note that the return shipping cost is always the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item.

This way, we can assess the problem and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Despite the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging.

Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refunded amount.
